Gabriel Rivera is an Emmy Award-winning archival producer, researcher, and creative director whose work centers on preserving archival media. He will present The Eyes of Ghana and discuss how archival materials can recontextualize history in documentary storytelling, and how documentary filmmaking can be a vehicle for reviving and reshaping archives.
